ZopeSkel

This sprint is to merge and release the code from the No-Fun ZopeSkel BBQ Sprint.

See the conference presentation Recent Developments With ZopeSkel for background. We have three branches to merge and release as ZopeSkel 2.14. Along the way, we need to split the templates into subpackages as described in the presentation. We really need participation from people who have release authority for ZopeSkel on pypi.
