testrunner for Plone integration/functional testing

roadrunner preloads Plone and speeds up testing integration and functional testing.

Sprint goals:

  • Dexterity compatibility (make it work with example.conference in collective)
  • Plone 4 compatibility (use zope.testing)
  • Add more tests
  • Establish a canonical list of tests that should work with roadrunner
