PloneEdu

This sprint will discuss the organization of a new group to promote and coordinate activities and effort of the Plone community from the education sector.

Time: Saturday 9-3PM
Location: (To be announced)

Discuss organization structure, participation framework, and activities that will be necessary for the community to grow and be successful. Discuss and develop a web presence based on feedback from the Education community.

Goals:

  • Discuss the needs of the community
  • Discuss goals
  • What would make the community grow?
  • Discuss needed infrastructure for the community (IRC, SVN, wiki, etc)
  • Develop a communication plan for staying in touch
  • Discuss Web presence for the group
  • Discuss information architecture for the PloneEdu

  • Do card sort
  • Develop content for the site
  • Identify Key partners/participants
  • Discuss Steering committee membership
  • Plan for F2F or virtual meetings
