Location and Logistics
Location
The sprint will be held in the same location as the conference.
We will have access to rooms 100A, B, C, and D as well as room 099, and will be using auditorium 083 for an initial organizational meeting and daily summaries. The facilities should be able to accommodate over 200 sprinters.
Logistics
Sprinters should arrive at 10:00 AM on Saturday October 31 and proceed to the auditorium in room 083, where the topics will be presented. Sprinters will then break into teams and select from to the available rooms. Sprint topic leaders should be prepared with a short but exciting summary of their topic.
We will have network connectivity in all the sprint rooms. No food will be provided, though there are many places to eat near the sprint location. If anyone would like to help sponsor the sprinters by providing food and/or refreshments, please contact the conference organizers to make arrangements.
