Plone 4 PLIP Documentation

Plone 4.0 has a record number of accepted and implemented PLIPs (Plone Improvement Proposals).  So many changes means great things for Plone, but it also means Plone's documentation will need a number of updates.

In particular the upgrade guide will need additional content.  Anybody interested in this effort is welcome to participate.
